Nuit de veille – Privacy Policy
Nuit de veille is a mobile game: you are a lighthouse keeper guiding boats to the harbor. The game does not require any account. This policy explains what data is processed, by whom, and how to exercise your rights.
1. Controller
The game is published by AZ Soft Games. For any question about your data: privacy@appgames.cc.
2. Your game stays on your phone
- Your progress (coins, upgrades, missions, logbook, settings) is stored only on your device. It is not sent to any server and we have no access to it.
- The game does not ask for your name, email address, password, location, photos or contacts.
- Uninstalling the game deletes your progress.
3. Advertising
The game shows Google AdMob ads, including rewarded ads that you choose to watch. To show and measure them, Google may process your device’s advertising ID, technical information (model, system, language, IP address from which an approximate location can be inferred) and your interactions with ads, and may show personalized ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your consent is requested at first launch; you can change it at any time in Settings > Privacy and ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings. Learn more: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
4. Notifications
The game may schedule a “Your harbor is full” notification on your phone, at most once a day. It is created locally, without any server, and can be turned off in Settings > Notifications.
5. In-app purchases (iPhone)
On iPhone, purchases are processed by Apple. We receive no payment data. There are no in-app purchases on Android.
6. Service providers
Google AdMob (advertising) and, for installation and updates, Google Play or Apple’s App Store. These providers may process data outside your country, notably in the United States, with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.
7. Your rights
You can access your data, delete it, object to its processing and withdraw your consent to personalized ads. As your progress stays on your phone, deleting it means uninstalling the game. For data processed by Google, see https://policies.google.com/privacy. For any request: privacy@appgames.cc. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country.
8. Children
The game is intended for people aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please write to us.
9. Changes
This policy may change; the update date is shown at the top of the page. Any significant change will be announced in the game.
